Gemini Cosmetics: Welcomes Joanne Cardello to its management team. Ms. Cardello was appointed vice president marketing. Ms. Cardello was previously vice president, creative marketing with P&G prestige products, where she led the creation of global concepts, fragrances, packaging design, and ad direction for the Dunhill and Montblanc brands. Robert Rumsby will continue in the role of chief operating officer. Frank Fazzinga, chairman of the board of directors and majority shareholder will jointly manage the company with Mr. Rumsby.
